Rose Quilts is a Livelihood project by the Philippine Frontline Ministries. The purpose of Rose Quilts is to help people living in poverty, or who work in hazardous and inhumane conditions, by providing an alternative means of work and income; that the success of the project would provide sustainable resourcing for the specific mission of elevating the physical, mental and spiritual condition of the community in which it exists. .

Rose Quilts manufactures quality quilted bed sheets, pillow cases, and bags all made from the finest fabrics and materials from the U.S, Japan, Bangkok and the Philippines. We have trained a team from Baloc to create these quilts; they have undergone rigorous training to be able to perfect their skills.
more info →It was in early 2011 when Rowena Pessina began training the residents of Baloc to quilt; a skilled that she acquired from her mother in law in the U.S. She felt a burden to help the people of Baloc who earns a living by sorting scraps from the dump site. Rowena believed that a Livelihood Project such as making quilts will help them earn to provide for their family.
